If you can do a quick ansys or similar, and pick out a average earthquake zone in new zealand and see if it passes. We also have an option to increase the diameter to 2800 and reduce the hieght, but ideally we wouldn't. We don't have and specifications for the slab, so we cannot consider any dampning effects from the slab/ground setup.
