I use RTSP TCP to download (play option) video file. In PLAY option of RTSP I have Range, which is scraped value from substring of the body response of the video total length: (("Range: npt=0-360000rn")); In this case the toatal is 360sec video file which needs to be downlaoded. The problem is that whatever I tried to setup the value it randomly downlaod the buffered packets and it is sometimes 40% and sometimes 45% , never more or less, so I am not sure where is the error while debuging the values is always 100% so the video file should be downloaded correclty.
