I have developed some basic things in RoR running on Heroku to prove out some concepts using web services such as Twilio and Postmark. I need a professional developer to work with me to clean things up and build a set of tests so that it has test coverage. My co-founder is from China and she speaks Mandarin.

I have an existing MicroBlog based Ruby on Rails (4.0) site (using postgreSQL) hosted on Heroku. The site is not live yet because it requires additional coding. 80% of coding for the site is complete, but I need cleanup coding done to make the site more presentable and professional. Hello, I need someone who is good with Ruby on Rails and Heroku for a VERY simple talk. I have a mobile app that used to be live on the app store which runs on rails. I'm now putting that app live under a different name. I've set the rails code up in Heroku now. The only thing I need to do is provide the new right path for the mobile developer so that we can log into the app. I'm not sure what the path now so we can't log into the mobile app or create a new usernamd and password in the db.
