I'm in need of a gifted artist to create custom drawings for a wallpaper that will adorn the walls of my private party and gaming room. There are a few picture to be drawn. The first picture shows batman and joker. First I need to see a sketch. If that is ok, we can move to full picture. My max. budget for the sketch is USD 20. For the full picture for 2 characters incl. coloring and shading and background it is total max. USD 100 (which includes the USD 20 for the sketch. I am not looking for someone who google pictures and then copy-pastes them together in Photoshop. I need a real artist who is able to draw customer pics from beginning to end according to my requirement.
