My rental property has mold, discovered on Jan 31, 2023 Restoration company has come in, and done demo to interior walls. Leak detectors came in and determined leak is not plumbing related. Insurance is dragging its feet on getting a structural engineer out to locate the source of the actual leak. I currently use a modified "Do-it Mold", pictured, which is pretty crude so desire to enhance volume, consistency & loss with own custom molds. Attached are some attempts a graduate student produced however not to proper scale, not water tight and details deemed unusable per machinist due to undercuts/draft angle/demold capable.
