There may be 2 or more mini-sessions happening at the same time. Rather than updating EB extension, it would be good to create a new extension and just access some of EB's records and database. The new extension will have its own QR Scanner (via browser using device camera or QR Scanner). 1st scanner, when it scans the QR Code, it will print to a physical printer - get the PDF ticket created by EB. 2nd scanner, when it scans the QR Code, will record the date & time plus the name of one scanned and then store it in the database....
