Example of this are apps StbEmu from playstore and Smart Stb from Samsung Store. As we unerstands client app is a webkit based browser (with a specific "stb" object inside) and receives html/css/javascript from the server. A lot of information that probably can help can be found here ; You will also need to implement samsung player to play streams as portal on its own don't have one. App must follow all Samsung Tizen standard so we are able to publish it at the end.
